SZDRIFT Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SZDRIFT. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns

SZDRIFT does not accept returns.

Due to the nature of our products, including RC drift parts, bash bars, exhaust accessories, add-ons, 3D-printed parts, and other performance or cosmetic components, all sales are considered final once an order has been fulfilled.

Products Designed for Real Use

Many SZDRIFT products are designed for RC drifting, impact, wall taps, chase runs, practice, competition use, and general wear.

Some products are intentionally designed to act as sacrificial parts, meaning they may bend, scratch, crack, wear down, or break during use in order to help protect other parts of the vehicle.

Because of this, damage from normal use, impact, installation, crashes, drifting, racing, modification, or wear and tear is not automatically considered a defect.

Refunds

While we do not accept returns, SZDRIFT may offer refunds within reason on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered for issues such as:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged before use
  • The item was missing from the order
  • A clear manufacturing or fulfillment issue occurred

Refund requests must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

Refunds Not Guaranteed

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied if the issue is caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Product damage from use
  • Crashes, wall taps, impacts, or drifting
  • Improper installation
  • Modification of the product
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Compatibility issues that were not confirmed before purchase
  • Damage after the product has already been used

SZDRIFT reserves the right to determine whether a refund is appropriate based on the details of the situation.

Custom, Limited-Run, and Made-to-Order Items

Custom items, limited-run products, made-to-order parts, 3D-printed items, and special-request products are generally not eligible for refunds unless there is a clear fulfillment or manufacturing issue.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost may be excluded from the refund amount unless SZDRIFT determines that the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not yet been processed, produced, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
